About

Deborah Fischer Stout, president of the Northern Flyer Alliance (NFA), brings a passion for economic development through her work with the Northern Flyer Alliance and her consulting firm, Vectura Consulting, LLC. She served as a passenger rail consultant to the City of Wichita from 2012-2014, and less formally until 2017. 



Deborah holds a BS degree in Finance from Wichita State University, is a graduate of the Kansas Leadership Center and Leadership Wichita, served as Commissioner for the Midwest Interstate Passenger Rail Commission from 2010-2013, and also served on the National Association of Rail Passengers Council of Representatives, representing the state of Kansas from 2011-2015 and the state of Missouri from 2015-2019.
